CBD Legality Status in Idaho

The USDA was expected to submit a plan in the Fall or 2019 (right now) for state adoption of the 2018 Farm Bill signed by President Trump.  On May 28, 2018, the USDA issued a non-binding opinion letter in which the agency explained, in part, that states and Native American tribes may not prohibit the interstate transportation or shipping of hemp or hemp products lawfully produced under the 2014 Farm Bill. Nothing beyond the opinion letter has been produced by USDA at this writing.

The author of the 2019 Idaho State House of Representatives bill HB 122 will introduce it again, somewhat modified, to create a temporary rule legalizing Hemp Oil in Idaho in the January, 2020 legislative session.  The DEA moved CBD with no more than 0.1% THC from Schedule I and placed it on Schedule V in September of 2018.  Schedule V applies to drugs with demonstrated medical value and deemed unlikely to cause harm, abuse, or addiction.   The Federal Register/Vol. 83, No. 189/Friday, September 28, 2018/Rules and Regulations states:  “SUMMARY: With the issuance of this final order, the Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration places certain drug products that have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and which contain cannabidiol (CBD) in schedule V of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).  Specifically, this order places FDA-approved drugs that contain CBD derived from cannabis and no more than 0.1 percent tetrahydrocannabinols in schedule V.  This action is required to satisfy the responsibility of the Acting Administrator under the CSA to place a drug in the schedule he deems most appropriate to carry out United States obligations under the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961. Also consistent therewith, DEA is adding such drugs to the list of substances that may only be imported or exported pursuant to a permit.”

From the CEO of Idaho CBDS and Quality of Life CBD’s

“I’m a resident of Idaho and I created Idaho CBDs to educate the citizens of Idaho on the benefits of CBDs and the legality of CBD’s in Idaho.

Living in Idaho I’ve seen billboards and other miss leading advertisement discouraging the education and use of CBD’s and I feel that is a complete injustice to anyone in our state suffering from preventable pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and many other CBD treatable ailments.

CBDS are not Marijuana and the following educational pages on Qualityoflifecbds.com will help you better understand what CBDS are and how they can be legally ordered and used in Idaho.

Yes, some products that are available in other states legally may not yet be legal in Idaho but there are still plenty of quality pure hemp products that you can order today that will help.

In addition, we are working with legislatures to re-introduce and pass S.2667 – Hemp Farming Act of 2018, in Idaho – This bill legalizes industrial hemp that has a tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of no more than 0.3% by removing it from schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. Which will make higher quality products available to the citizens of Idaho.

This bill also makes hemp producers eligible for the federal crop insurance program and certain USDA research grants. This bill is already Federal Law and only Idaho and a few states are fighting your rights to higher quality relief. With the passing of future legislation more tax dollars can go to educational programs and research so one day opioids won’t even be an option for our youth to become addicted too.

The goal of Idahocbds.com and qualityoflifecbds.com is to educate people first so they understand how CBD’s can help and what you can do to help the fight for your right to a better alternative to opioids and other pharmaceuticals.

At Idahocbds.com / qualityoflifecbds.com we believe that once more people are educated less people will suffer. #educatebeforeyoumedicate

Idahocbds.com and qualityoflifecbds.com independently researches and tests all products to ensure they are exactly what the manufacturer is claiming. We test for product purity, accuracy of contents, absence of pesticides to ensure that you as a consumer aren’t being sold anything that isn’t 100% what it claims. We will not promote of offer a product on our forums if it is not “pure quality cbds” that are proven to be legal based on State and Federal laws.

Please spread the word to anyone you know who is suffering or wants to get more information on the TRUE FACTS of CBDS. Our message can only reach the people who need to hear it if you let them know where to find it.

Thank you!

God Bless Idaho and God Help us stop the unnecessary suffering of our citizens!”
